Monthly, 3rd Wednesday: 7:30—9:30 PM
The evening starts with 15-20 minutes of guided
meditation.
We then view a session from the Eckhart Tolle
DVD, The Art of Presence.
A period of silent meditation will follow and
the evening concludes with a discussion period.
You may participate in all or part of the evening.

Rev. Starr Regan DiCiurcio is an Interfaith Minister who
facilitates retreats and offers individual spiritual counseling.
Starr
is also a long-time student of Buddhism, particularly in the tradition of
Thich Nhat Hanh.
She practices with Kingfisher Sangha of Schenectady
and Still Point. Starr is a retired ESL teacher,
a published
author of poetry and essays and a mandala artist. In 2010, she completed
Susanne Fincher's mandala facilitator training program. Starr lives in
Glens Falls with her husband, Tom.
