Retreat is a time to "Come away" and to be still, allowing that Inner Wisdom to be heard in an environment of quiet and solitude. It is designed to nurture your spirit. Retreats are open to anyone seeking spiritual renewal and are open to people of all traditions. Prayer, meditation, Yoga, Qi Gong and toning are practices available with retreats at Still Point.

A retreat can be private or a guided experience with an experienced Spiritual Companion. The private retreat can be an overnight, a weekend, a week or longer at any time during the year.

Retreat accommodations are in a rustic Hermitage (cabin) or in a room in the Welcoming House. The hermitage can be an oasis of peace and restoration, a place of complete solitude where you can be re-energized as you become more aware of the body, mind, spiritual connections. The room in the Welcoming House provides space for those who have difficulty walking on the uneven terrain at Still Point; it also can be a place or refreshment and quiet.

Four Hermitages (cabins) (one of the hermitages can accommodate 2 people; separate entrances and living spaces, adjoining shower and toilet) are ideal solitary space. Each is furnished and heated, nestled in a wooded section of 30 acres. Meals (vegetarian diet available), linens and meditation (if you wish) are included in the nightly rate. Other opportunities include Yoga, Reiki, Toning, QiGong and Spiritual Companioning.

The grounds also offer a fresh water pond for swimming, a labyrinth, Native American Medicine Wheel, Stations of the Cross, nature trail and organic gardens.
